Happy Holidays Everyone!!!!

I am home on Ontario for two very special shows this month. My old buddy and drummer Andrew Penner and I will share the stage on the 23rd of December at Phog Lounge in Windsor, ON. The 2nd show is the ultra cool year-end-bash on the 28th at The Coach, featuring the Low Tones, Kenneth MacLeod and other Windsor-based rockers.

The latest LMM album, 'Miss Canada', was nominated for an East Coast Music Award in the 'Folk Recording of the Year' category. Nominees include: Eric Angus White (Always Home), Little Miss Moffat (Miss Canada), Jill Barber (Oh Heart), Isaac & Blewett (Redhead) and Dave Gunning (Two-Bit World). As well, my song "Sleep-Deprived" has advanced onto the next round of judging for the 2004 International Songwriting Competition in the Folk/Singer-Songwriter category. Semi-finalists will be announced in early January 2005, followed by the finalists shortly thereafter. Winners will be announced in March 2005
